I have been using Lexitas for professional records retrieval services for at least a year now. I enjoy working alongside my Lexitas representative! They ask me the right questions and do their research before executing the job. When there is an issue collecting records I am always made fully aware of the issue and I am included in the process when it is necessary.
Our company has used Lexitas for years and has proven to us that Lexitas no longer values their customers. I have spoken to our company's Lexitas representative to have issues corrected and their employees still continue with the same work ethics which overwhelms their work even more trying to correct the issue instead of doing the work correctly the first time.
