I was ultimately able to get the billing issue resolved, thanks to the Office Manager. I am writing this review so that it averages out with the previous one to what I would rate my experience now, having dealt with the issue, albeit successfully.
This "office" is far from organized or responsive. Be aware that if you ask about pricing and are quoted a rate, you may be (as I was) charged in excess of 150% of the rate you were quoted WITHOUT NOTICE. Also, your first appointment(s) may or may not be placed on your providers calendar.
