Lisa is absolutely amazing. I haven't had a massage in 20 years . She hit muscles I forgot I had and did an amazing job on releasing the knots in my back neck and shoulders. Will definitely be going back to her.
First time I booked with Lexington Message Therapy... I have been in great pain with sciatica down one side. I have been to the chiropractor several times. The medical doctor gave me steroid and pain medication injections as well as steroids, muscle relaxer, and pain medication prescriptions to take at home. Lexington massage was clean, and started my massage on time. I told Paul I wanted a deep tissues massage. I ask if he could focus my therapy on my shoulder and neck. He appeared knowable, and worked on some pressure points. He didn't spend much more time on those area's and I didn't feel like he dug in deep enough. It was an average massage.
