They did nothing for me besides take my money and then when I canceled they charged my account again, not once but twice and I’m furious cause it’s all fraud
I used them in they past, and I’m going back again.
The rating is relative to the initial conversation that took place with a representative. She was very professional and provided answers as needed. I cannot say anything about services beyond, but if the overall is as the noted initial, it will be positive.
I won’t say Lexington Law in trash but they definitely need to step up their communication on all levels. I am now happy with a new vendor.
Was helping drop off supplies for one of the offices with about 15 boxes total, a 15 minute job. I was greeted and told by the security officer the best route and elevator to use, and me and my team started moving boxes into the elevator. After about 5 minutes a lady who identified herself as a manager who was red in the face with anger started yelling how we cannot use that door to being boxes.
