I won’t say Lexington Law in trash but they definitely need to step up their communication on all levels. I am now happy with a new vendor.
Was helping drop off supplies for one of the offices with about 15 boxes total, a 15 minute job. I was greeted and told by the security officer the best route and elevator to use, and me and my team started moving boxes into the elevator. After about 5 minutes a lady who identified herself as a manager who was red in the face with anger started yelling how we cannot use that door to being boxes. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! I signed up for Lexington law to have them take a look at my credit report and see what they could find, and after seeing they didnt offer much more than other places that do similar services for free I decided to cancel. Despite my cancelling, Lexington law charged me $140 and when I attempted to cancel, they said that they not only won’t refund me but will be sending me another bill! What a slap in the face!
