These are the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. Absolute embarrassment that I even have to try to communicate with them. I got told to talk to “other” department by both the auditors office and the treasurer. FINALLY after two days I managed to get a hold of somebody that helped me who sounded very young and was more helpful than anyone else there. Recently I had the opportunity to be assisted by Rachel Hester. This was the second time Rachel had helped us with a question. The last time was about this same time last year. I have 35 years in government/public service and the same tenure for my wife. We know what is good/bad, efficient, courteous, professional, etc. Rachel is all of the above.
