I mistakenly called this branch today and realized that after giving Dan (manager) my name. He then proceeded to ask me what branch I was trying to reach. I began to explain what I thought happened as he immediately cut me off by saying “it is a simple question, what branch was you trying to reach?” I do not like Dans attitude, tone, or the way he handles customer service.
