I went in to Lexi & Lake on the Saturday of the long weekend. The two sales staff were extremely unfriendly. I went over to a bed and night tables, I was looking at purchasing. The two sales staff did not come over to ask if I needed help or wanted information about the furniture. I was there for about 15 minutes and during the entire time did not get any assistance. I left Lexi & Lake and went to another store in Kelowna where I had a great experience with friendly helpful staff. I bought a bed and four night tables.

I love this store and the lady who runs it. Always so knowledgeable and has a real eye for design. The girls are helpful and friendly. They can get you almost anything you need for your home. And the decor in the store is inspiring. I could look around for hours. High end products and lots of custom options.

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda from Lexi & Lake and I couldn't be more impressed with her service and design skills. She was incredibly helpful in creating a beautiful bedroom and outdoor furniture setup that perfectly suited my taste and needs. Amanda was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final outcome. I would highly recommend Amanda and Lexi & Lake to anyone looking to update their home's furniture.
