Every interaction that I had with this company from the person who picked up the phone to answer my initial questions to the amazing movers was absolutely professional! We had some uncertainty about our moving date and whether we would need overnight storage and Lexel was so helpful and flexible, even though it was an August 31 move, the busiest in Boston each year.They took exquisite care of our belongings, they were efficient, kind, and just a pleasure to work with! I will use Lexel for all of my moving needs.

If you’re lucky you’ll get Gabriel, who was not only the sweetest, but just naturally took care of everything. Even when we dropped off to the storage unit, he and his cohort started helping a stranger push a cart through the hall who was struggling, just to be nice. The quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying, but they kept hustling through the duration of the move and were perfect.

Great job! Master of Tetris, packing and moving edition. They did an excellent job moving, maneuvering, and tightly packing lots of very heavy furniture into a Pod, and safely securing it all. They were accommodating to changes in plans and very communicative throughout the move. Great guys to work with. I ordered a Pod for a long-distance move, planning on loading almost everything in my single-family three-bedroom home.
