Lexel is the exact opposite of one of these fly-by-night moving companies. They have it down to a science - they can predict every pitfall. They know what they are doing, period. Go with them, don't trust your stuff to one of the many super unreliable, poor-communicating companies out there!
I've hired them three times now (it's been a rough year) and I'll never hire anyone else. They are fast, reasonably priced, and very careful. I had some boxes I accidentally packed too heavy, and they handled them like champs. Super polite guys, too.
