Maybe a little odd, but LexaServe served me - never a position someone wants to be in! The matter has been settled but I just wanted to leave a note to thank LexaServe's staff for how they treated me. I was on my way out of state to help my mom with my terminally ill Dad, and when I called LexaServe to find out what would happen, they were kind, compassionate, offered sincere sympathy and got my delivery rescheduled after I returned home. Very professional company
I am an out of state Landlord and current WA State Landlord Tenant Code requires frequent Service of notices. LexaServe was VERY prompt in service (same day!) and provided appropriate documentation to prove compliance with RCW 59.18. I found this service to be superior as it delineates clear charges for services and there are no surprise fees. The last Notice I had served via a local competitor cost me close to $200. I will definitely use LexaServe going forward!
