I had an excellent experience at this shoe store! 🤦♀️ I can't recall their names. The staff went above and beyond by bringing me multiple options and staying with me throughout the entire try-on process. They also asked thoughtful questions about the fit and comfort that I wouldn't have considered myself. Overall, it was a fantastic customer service experience! Today Brenda worked with me to get the perfect pair of shoes. I have bilateral hip dysplasia and a complete total right hip replacement. Not only did she listen she was helpful I walked out with the perfect shoes and a new local store to support. Thank you Brenda for your time and incite.
Lexington Running Shop has the most knowledgeable, helpful staff — that go the second, 3rd or 4th mile to make sure you have just the right shoe for your needs, and will work to make sure you are totally satisfied.
