Needed a tax certificate for my refinance. She was on her phone when I walked into her office. My settlement agent tried reaching out to her numerous times. She pulled up a small stack of tax certificate requests and was complaining about how she already had a lot of work to take care of on a deadline. I was persistent and asked for my cert.. the request from my agent was at the absolute bottom of the stack. She is not responsible with her position and lacks accountability.
Tried numerous times to call... And email. No response. Hmmm? An elected official. Lol
No one there on a regular Friday twice now!!! Need to be there when you're supposed to be??!!
Been trying to reach this office for days. No voicemail ....you have to email. Sent email yesterday...still no response ! Not a happy camper !
