He is unprofessional. Very rude and is very condescending. I called to ask were my business taxes ready before the deadline, said I told you I might not have then done before then. I told him he already had them for almost 2 weeks his reply was, your at my mercy." Who said that to a paying customer? Money hungry scam artist who just happens to have a place of business. I was told I'd only be able to receive $200 from my return because I had no dependents and that it'd be free of charge for filling, seeing that "he knows how badly I need the money." Well after doing a bit more research, I was completely mind blown once I took the liberty of filling through TurboTax, where I then discovered I'd be getting a little under $1,000. Don't let the nice talk fool you, as I almost was. This tax office is indeed, bad for business.
