My experience with John Lewis Glass was beyond awful. I have made a deposit on the piece back in July and it was made a few weeks ago. An hour prior to delivery I received an email saying the piece was made to the wrong size and that it will be redone but will take an additional 8-10 days. When they finally delivered the correct sized piece the color of the glass was green- like a dirty pond green and not ice like the samples.
