Idk. Issue has or has not been resolved. Dr is ptompt and knowledgable. Concerned. Staff is good.
Interaction with staff was good. They didn’t waste time once you were in their care. My only problem was how long it took to actually get into the room with staff. Not one person moved out of their chair for the first 30 minutes I was in waiting room with 6 other people. My visit took an hour and a half, with most of that time waiting.
I was very pleased with my eye exam. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. Thank you Dr. Frazee!

Dr. Lewis Frazee at North Texas Eye Center provided excellent care when I suffered a painful corneal abrasion. He thoroughly examined my eye, clearly explained the issue, and created an effective treatment plan with antibiotic ointment and bandaid lens. His calm, professional manner immediately put me at ease and he patiently answered all my questions. The pain improved dramatically within a day, and my eye healed completely without complications. I highly recommend Dr. Frazee for any eye emergencies or concerns.
