I normally do not leave a bad review online but in light of my situation I have no choice. Ryan filed our 2024 taxes in April. We were told we owed $174. We paid it and thought we were done. In November, we got a letter from the Dept of Revenue stating not only did we owe an additional $1,000, but there were now fees and penalties added on because it’s late!! I am in tears, we thought we would owe so much more but Ryan was able to calculate our taxes and find our write offs to get us down to a reasonable tax amount! We have been customers for some time and will continue through the years!!
