would not even give one star. Absolutely terrible, No communication amongst staff, requests are never met, don't speak English well. Glad the person i know got out of there
I enjoyed volunteering at Optima Living Lewis Estates. I love helping out and having conversations with seniors. The facility is clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they have a good recreation program for residents. I have positive memories of my time here.
