The Lewis County Treasurer's office is very helpful. The ladies there are so nice! They make paying taxes a joy!
I called to ask about the school tax. Shelley said she loved to pay that tax. If I wanted to change it I would have to contact my state representatives. I told her it was a typical government response. She stated that she had enough of that and hung up on me. When I called back, the receptionist stated that Shelley had answered my question, which she did not. Both were RUDE!
