Taxes Worst place to go ever. Screwed up my taxes so bad won't return call Brad never in the office. Finally had to hire advocate to fix problem. Took me tell Sept to get them back

Taxes Thanks to Brad I was able to get some things fixed on my return. Tried to do it myself and messed up. Went to another place and they took a 400$ fee thin I got an IRS letter because the place I went to messed up as well. A friend refered me to Brad and he fixed everything and when I later had questions the office was open and he was able to answer w/ no extra Fee. Thank you LCT!

income tax thanks to Brad telling me I don't need to mail it in my Taxes. I'm still have not received my takes and I'm still having to do the paper work myself. Brad doesn't return phone calls sent me paper work that is not what I need. Big mess I will be lucky If I get my taxes back by next year. Charged $300 for nothing.

taxes they are happy to do ur taxes for a high fee. Then if u have a issue with them they can't get it right on what to do. They don't return calls. Can't send out the rt paper work.
