After having our information since March Bob Lewis and his company prolonged the process until less than a month before the taxes were due. So we had to get someone else to do our taxes last minute. We had to pay an outrageous amount of money because of waiting until the last minute. The secretary, Melanie, was condescending and would not acknowledge or respond to emails. Are there no honest, fairly priced tax people out there?
