Trash ill never use them again removed a overdraft i had been using for over 2 years then charged me for not paying a company.... Planet fitness for 15 dollars was laid off work now have to pay 25$ then also have to pay planet fitness.... never again dont use terrible Credit Union.
They have changed there so policies 3 times so as to make my bank account go negative even though I always tell them to not let it charge my account and now they have shut off my card 2 times over my persona charges and also still haven't received my new card and it's been 2 months
I called LCCU over a week ago to request a new card and they said it was on the way already and to keep an eye out for it. I called again today and they said it should’ve already been here and is putting in a new order to get a new card in 7-14 business days. I get that it could’ve been an error in mailing or anything of that nature, but not having access to my money and having to go to the bank to pull out money every time for almost a whole month is pretty ridiculous.
