Lovely welcome by the receptionist today - my 1st swim here. Really enjoyed my visit.
Extortionate prices for bang average facilities and poor customer service. The website lacks key information about swimming classes and swimming pool availability, reception is rarely on hand to answer phone calls, and the gym is frankly lacking in equipment and quality. Only wanted to do a swim today, but wave leisure reminded me exactly why I cancelled my membership with them. There are better gyms with better swim and spa facilities for nearly half the price, that do enough to keep customers informed too.
Awful experience! Booked for a swim as I was close by. Dirty/run down/ over priced and staff not great. Avoid
