I worked with Kim when I bought a house and he was really great. Explained everything very clearly in advance and everything was done very quickly. Plan to call him again when I go under contract.
The lawyer dealing with my parents' estate has poor customer service skills, he fails to communicate properly and in a timely manner, he doesn't know how to answer emails or do call backs. They also seem to have a problem following simple directions and getting important items to the required recipient. I've been waiting for over 2 months, its been sent to the wrong address twice, they show no remorse. I recommend finding a different law office.
