Alexandra did absolutely horrible she did not put in any effort. I gave her my deductions and she ignored me. The nerve of this Tax preparer refusing to listen to her paying client! Go to a CPA do not use this business IF your tax bracket is too high. Alexandra is lazy.
I would strongly recommend. I have been using them for years & so has my family. You can't go wrong
