My family has been using them for years and I've always had good experiences! Never had issues and they always are pleasant to deal with.
Alexandra did absolutely horrible she did not put in any effort. I gave her my deductions and she ignored me. The nerve of this Tax preparer refusing to listen to her paying client! Go to a CPA do not use this business IF your tax bracket is too high. Alexandra is lazy.
I would strongly recommend. I have been using them for years & so has my family. You can't go wrong
