Started out to be a wonderful experience ( feed haul division) nice equipment alright management but plenty of opportunity to work and make money.After the buy out ( covenant transport) it took a down hill slide hourly pay from load plus mileage day shift starting hours range from 2 to 7 am when night shift all had to be in by 2 no exceptions.We where over staffed so no chance for ot very poor night shift employees try to set up each other to keep drama going management is a joke and maintenance is on a tight budget same man... read more
They definitely have inconsiderate, unobservant, and reckless drivers. At least out on the road tonight. I was stopped with my hazards on, plenty past an intersection for them to see me, and instead of pulling to the side of the road and going around cautiously they slammed the gas after they came through the intersection with me clearly visible ahead. They just about hit me and my car, and if they had came any further over I would've likely been pinned between the semi and my car.
