I just bought a livingroom set from Levys and I was more than satisfied with the sales staff and prices. I could not be happier with my purchase. They made sure that my set would be delivered the same day and at the exact time I specified. I will be back there soon! Thanks Levys!
Service is less than pitiful. Despite numerous attempts to find the status of an order paid for for over two months, no one seemed motivated to stop what they were doing to actually make sure the order was indeed available. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from them that is not on the floor.
