I wasn’t quite sure what to expect for my first Bowen Method session, but it ended up being one of the most unique and restorative experiences I’ve had. I’ve received some of the best massages of my life from Greg & Amanda. I’ve had a lot of subpar deep tissue massages over the years, but every time I visit Levity I feel like they are actually helping my body to heal and move better. Eternally grateful 🙏

Started floating here which led to getting frequent massages. They offer types of experiences that support my way of existing. You walk in a stranger but leave as if you have become a part of a community you may not have known you needed. I get my massages from Amanda. She listens to you and works with your body. I leave refreshed and my body feels more limber. Amanda also does cupping with the massage and that has helped with my shoulders which have been feeling "stuck" for awhile.
