I really love their merchandise, but they sent me the wrong item with my order and have not responded to any of my emails. It’s been four days now. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.
We are looking forward to receiving the stain glass sweatshirt. However, with an error on their end, the wrong item was sent to us. Upon contacting the company I was notified that I could exchange the item but would need to pay the 31 dollars for the difference. Bought the sweatshirt on sale and assumed they would honor the sale price because it was an error on their part. Unfortunately due to the poor customer service, I will be asking for a full refund and returning the item.
