First of all, $50 for a pair of Levi’s ridiculous. Secondly, the dang pair of oversized jeans shrunk to an unwearable size after one wash, rendering them useless!!! Finally, the lady who helped us and guy who rung us up were nice, but I told her I thought my daughter needed a 27. Instead of taking my word, and without a tape measure, salesperson brought her a 24, then a 25, then a 26, each time asking “would you like a bigger size?” which was embarrassing and made my kid feel fat. Definitely not returning. Omg
The cashier was pleasant. The sales associate at the door when we came in didn't greet us and the person I'm guessing was the manager was a bit snarky when I asked about the fitting room. 3 stars because I found a great deal on a shirt.
The sales associates are great, very friendly and helpful but this store needs new management. Ordered 2 pair of jeans for my boyfriend less than a month ago for $100 because they were not in stock. Jeans had defective waistband and was off at least 2" from the typical sizing he wore for decades. I was hoping to get exchange for different size/style but manager would not refund money due to tags being off despite jeans never being worn. I can understand but the manager didn't have to be rude!!
False advertising! They have this $19.99 sign and when I tried to buy the 30/30 jeans…they said that is not under the promotion! Really?
