The Levi’s Outlet at The Outlets at Orange has awful service. Sale labels and price tags were placed incorrectly, which was confusing, and the staff was not customer-service focused at all.
Very friendly employees. This store is huge as well. They took two storefronts and made it one giant store. They have great fitting rooms as well. Any style of Levi’s Jeans you can think of, they will have. They also have shirts, flannels, etc.
Worst experience at this store! To start off the associate that was ringing me out was side talking the whole time that I was I was explaining to her that I needed a bigger size on the corduroy pair of pants that I had there on the counter she asked me three times what size because she wouldn’t stop talking with her coworkers. Once she was placing the order she had another guy take over and I paid he gave me my receipt didn’t say a single word to me the whole time just gave me an awful look.
