I was disappointed by the customer service. While buying a dress for my wife, the salesperson joked that I was ‘brave.’ I didn’t understand the comment and found it unnecessary and unprofessional. Customers should feel respected, not be the subject of personal jokes.
I love purchasing Levi's jeans for my mother here. As well, denim items for myself.
I had a wonderful experience at this Levi’s location. The staff was polite, welcoming, and very helpful. I’m happy with my visit and will definitely come back.
Horrible customer service
The worst Levis location that I’ve ever been to. Walked in to exchange a jeans that was damaged when I got it. The store refused to exchange and refused to return. Customer service representative was extremely rude
