Staff tried so hard to find me jeans. I just wanted one but they even went to look at back, front and online. They weee trying so hard and I truly appreciate their service.
Great experience here , bought a couple pairs of jeans and had Juaquin help me out , exceptional customer service , he defiantly had a passion for helping others ! I’ll defiantly be back next time I’m here from Victoria !
Came here to shop with my family, I am big fan of the 511, every year I come down to shop and stock up on a a few pairs since I do not live in the city. I entered the store with clear intention to buy, I wasn't acknowledged by staff once. Especially what seems to be the manager old lady, mid 30s was just standing on her phone. I waited a couple minutes to see if I was going to be approached and nothing. The manager even looked at me and went back to being on her phone.
