My name is Jainil Patel. I’ve attached a screenshot showing that I have an SPC membership. according to SPC, students should receive 15% off regular and sale prices. This is stated very clearly in the SPC offer details. However, the store told me that the discount “depends on the store,” which is not mentioned anywhere in the SPC terms. I am not satisfied with this, and I would like this issue to be reviewed and resolved.
Went to the Levi store on Monday to return a pair of jeans. I had planned on shopping for another brand at another store, until the stork clerk, Cindy, asked if I needed some help. Cindy had me try on a couple different types of levis until I found the one I liked. I ended up buying 2 of the same style. Cindy was helpful, patient, and honest. I will definitely be back if I know that she is working!
