Dan is very nice and offered a discount because before him I hired a really bad lawyer who couldn’t even catch the spelling error of my name and end up having to fire the person (proves you really can’t save on these things), although I didn’t get to work with him directly, his associate Roman was pretty responsive and did an overall thoroughly job including offering advice and guidance for a first time home buyer! Lots of going back and forth with sellers attorney, and reviewing the paperwork. I’m happy with the service!
