Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service the other reviewers mention. After hiring them (Timothy Shore and his assistant) to complete my taxes for a 2nd year I discovered a mistake on the backdoor Roth IRA conversion form that was to be submitted for this year's taxes. I pointed this out to them and it was corrected but was told to reach out after tax season so the same error for last year's filing could be corrected.
