Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service the other reviewers mention. After hiring them (Timothy Shore and his assistant) to complete my taxes for a 2nd year I discovered a mistake on the backdoor Roth IRA conversion form that was to be submitted for this year's taxes. I pointed this out to them and it was corrected but was told to reach out after tax season so the same error for last year's filing could be corrected. Cannot say enough good words for having Robert Blackwell as my accountant these past 10 years. From the get go )which involved a tangled mess from previous issues ) Bob has been reliable, honest, communicative and highly professional every step of the way.
I referred a client to Levine and Jacobs because their prior accountant had made a mistake that needed to be corrected.
