Customer service is the absolute worst! To have anyone working with customers that refuses to even listen to the problem of the customer,, is absolutely absurd! If you're asked a question then interrupted before you get two words out...how can you be helped with anything!!! They have nice hats but treat their customers like shit!!!! When did common courtesy become an inconvenience????
Bought a walking cane and a Panama hat. Good top quality products. The young lady that waited on me was extremely helpful. Very pleased with my purchase.
They create a label, then dont deliver the product to the USPS. Then they lie and say they did, so, i called the district manager of the St Louis PO, Pam Dunaway who did an extensive search for my mail, She found that Levine hats were not given to the post office, terrible service
terrible service, not shipped in a timely manner, even after paying a 15 extra. these people are liars.
RecommendedI bought a fitted leather baseball hat. It is a bit tight but will relax as it is worn like most other hats. It fits true to size. I am impressed with the quality of this hat. I recommend this hat to anyone considering it. I may also purchase another in the brown colour as well.
Absolutely do not recommend. I ordered a hat for my dads birthday November 13th and hasn’t even shipped out yet. This is absolutely absurd how i checked tracking last Friday and it said it would arrive today. Called the customer service number and they said it hasn’t shipped from post office. Someone needs to either give me a refund or figure this the hell out.
