Randy Mask plumbing and Cobo drain lining just finished relining my drain system and repaired a leak in the wall in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service they provided. The tech's worked hard and all my issue's with cracked and collapsed pipes are now behind me. They will be my go to guy's for any further work in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for quote to get pipes lined. No call, no show. I called after waiting an hour and was immediately put on hold and then never answered. If they can't do something as simple as show up on time, they probably can't do anything else.

Same problem as the post from K. Hughes, four months ago. Needed a gas line estimate (which was told that they do at no cost) and called RM Plumbing based on a past recommendation. Called that morning and was told that this scheduling needed to go to their "gas line" scheduler. Was transferred and went straight to voice mail. Left a message regarding the work needed and provided a call back number. Never received a call.
