It’s not in my nature to leave a bad review but dealing this company left me no choice. Due to mismanagement of the HOA board in Hollywood Gardens, Hollywood, Florida this outside accounting office was hired. When I attempted to get clarity regarding my payments based on my invoice, I was yelled at and cut off. My family has been using Bonnie and Mitch in preparation of tax returns for over a decade. They are very easy to communicate with and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend both Bonnie and Mitch.
I do not find this firm to be professional or trustworthy. Through my experiences dealing with Bonnie, I have come to the conclusion that she is essentially a thief. I know others feel this way too. Overall I’m very disappointed in how Bonnie handles herself, and it’s a poor reflection on this company. I recommend this firm to nobody.
