Our experience was wonderful! We tested several mattresses until we found the perfect one and will be back to get adjustable frames for Christmas! Camille was an absolute joy to work with and she made our experience really enjoyable. Would highly recommend her for top notch customer service and professionalism. Good experience buying box spring and mattress x 2 for guests. Knowledgeable manager and bed seems comfortable and good value. Awaiting delivery in a week. They don’t take orders by phone.
I had the pleasure and good fortune to have Camille take care of me today. I met her about 3 months ago and wasn't able to get my mattress at that time. I called to be sure she was there before I went to the store. She remembered me and which mattress I liked and that I had fibromyalgia. She explained everything to me again and arranged a delivery date that was convenient for me. Camille is a rare find and very nice.
There are three mattress store on Mayfield road all within a couple blocks of eachother. The first one that we found was Levin Mattress. Our thoughts were that we would shop all three to find the best price. Mattresses are expensive, and differents stores run better deals. The salesperson on duty at Levin was Camille.
