This is the law firm that you should never recommend and stay as far away from. They are incompetent and unreliable. Why is this law firm still in practice?
Very low rate for real estate representation but you will end up paying more money in the long run. Communication is horrible. They don't return calls or emails. You are not paying for representation, you are only paying to have the real estate transaction processed. I can go on and on about my miserable experience with Levin Law but I'll just leave it at communication after you pay is non-existent and you will have zero legal representation. Awful experience. Irresponsible attorney took vacation after we signed the contract and never returned our calls. 3 weeks later she acted like nothing happened and only then she started the negotiating process.I would not recommend this to anyone unlesss you want to close in 1-2 years:))
