Levin’s quality has changed and customer service. They have partnered with Ashley furniture and some pieces of Ashley furniture is horrible quality. When purchasing furniture ask the sales person if the furniture is “good, better or best quality”. I learned this the hard way. After they took my money the supervisor scolded me and advised me that how they rate their furniture. But they won’t tell you that. When I think of Levin I think of the best quality. Not anymore. My experience at Levin today was awsome. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. I looked around just to see what they had in there and then the sales lady came I told her what I wanted because I seen it online, I let her know the name of it she was excited that I had that information because that made it so much easier. She showed it to me I sat on it she wrote it up. I was completely satisfied.
Tina is excellent I always ask for her very helpful! Tina was exceptional she made suggestions which where great. She did a lot of walking checking out things for me. She is perfect...
Mimi is an excellent sales specialist. She was very attentive to our requests and allowed us the time to look for what we wanted on our own. The support staff around her is top notch as well.
