Would never purchase from here again. Purchased a sectional that immediately started sagging, and the reclining mechanism also failed within the first 90 days. The sagging and piling on the cushions still isn’t fixed. The tech who came out to fix it made a comment that this sectional has been an issue constantly. Reaching out to customer service is a nightmare. Whether I call the store, email the customer service, or call “service.” I’m given the run around and spoken to as if I’m the inconvenience to them. I was continually changing my mind. Each sofa/love seat/recliner was unique in its own way. (Power, console, ports, glider, rocker ect. Color, fabric and style!!!). Then the tables Julie was so very supportive and patient!! It was on my 5th visit with Julie sharing her very individualized input I felt very confident in my purchases!
