My friend and I had a very satisfying visit at your Fairlawn store. We were greeted in the lobby by Glenn Griffith. We were making a purchase for a nursing home resident so we had lots of questions and were grateful he was able to answer all of them. Our purchase was a lift chair and because you had many choices we were able to find one that was perfect for our client. Glenn was able to tell us the in and outs for the needs of our friend. I had a very nice experience at your store in Fairlawn. The salesperson, Glenn Griffith, was quite friendly and very knowledgeable about beds. After several demonstrations, we decided on a Serta PillowTop with motion base and we're very excited! I would recommend your store to anyone and certainly would recommend Glenn.
