Would choose this store over the one in Chinook anytime! The service and attentiveness of this team is totally different than the other store. Had a terrible experience at Chinook’s team because of a misplaced product and refused to honour the discount.

I asked for assistance, but she never came back to help me. It was very disappointing, and I found her behavior to be rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and hope this can be improved for future customers.
Went to Market Mall location. Had the worst service. I am over 50 and so tired of being ignored. Went to look for jeans for my son for his birthday and no one came to help me. I was in the store for 15-20 minutes looking for his size and no one even acknowledged me. In the end I bought a GC for him, which I shouldn’t have. It is so sad that the people who get ignored in these stores are the people who can pay for the items. Do better!!!!
I just wondering in Levis，sales didn't show you anything and ask you what do you want to buy? And then just talking together in a group? This is service? So crazy
