Had an absolute fabulous experience at the Levi store in Times Square. Edward at the Tailor Shop custom made this jacket with the patches and buttons. He was great to work with and super fast. We went over the details on a Friday, and it was shipped to my house the following Wednesday. Absolutely a must stop.

El personal muy atento, encuentras prendas que no hay en otras tiendas de la misma marca.
Well maintained store however employee Rosetta was very rude and had an unfriendly attitude when I asked questions about tailor availability & sizes. I will be avoiding this levi’s from now on because clearly the employees need a lesson or two on customer service.
