A store is only as good as its manager, and this is a very good store. I bought some jeans here that ended up needing a bit of tailoring and Renaldo was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making sure I was getting exactly what I'd hoped for. The pants arrived today (earlier than expected I might add) and fit beautifully. I'm happy to say that I've found my local Levi's store. I couldn't recommend a trip Renaldo and his entire team more, they truly understand what good customer service takes and they deliver.
