I was helped by Zak and couldn’t be more grateful for how much assistance I got! I was looking for jeans and Levi’s was my last stop and where I got the most help out of any store at the mall that evening. Most places didn’t even say hello when I walked in, not only was I greeted in Levi’s but Zak offered to help me find what I was looking for. I described what I wanted and he grabbed all the options plus a few things I probably wouldn’t have grabbed and ended up loving. Will absolutely shop here again :)
This is definitely my preferred Levi’s location. The store is always well organized and I’ve had a great experience every time I visit. Anmol is always super helpful and friendly, and makes it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for. Really appreciate the great customer service. Definitely recommend this location! 👖🙌
Terrible customer service. Tried on some pants and needed a different length. I approached 2 employees who were chatting, but despite making eye contact with one of them I was ignored. I ended up interrupting them and asked for the length I was looking for, only to be told they didn't those jeans in that length size. The employee didn't even look at the style of pants I was holding. I was welcomed on entry into the refurbished store by friendly and courteous staff. I originally went in to buy a belt for my jeans and left with a fab pair or Levis linen shorts and a belt! I wore both today whilst shopping elsewhere and a sales assistant was so impressed with my shorts, that she's going to Guildford to get a pair as she only wears Levi jeans
