Very weird customer service vibe they have going on here and I see others are having the same constant issue. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts online on 8/26 and they shipped out on 8/27. I didn’t like them because I thought they were going to be a looser fit so I was just going to exchange them. Time did slip away from me and their return/exchange policy is 30 days from the ship date. So with me attempting to exchange them today )10/3) it would’ve made 7 days over. Really great selection with incredible sales staff! Tasianee’ identified the style of Levi clothes that would best suit my granddaughter’s body type and offered multiple options for her from which to choose. We left the store with two large bags and a very happy 13 year old! Thank You!!!

echo what many reviews say about dismissive staff. selection is amazing but interacting with some staff members really diminishes the experience. I asked for a couple jeans in my size (store was not busy) and was told they don’t make that size in easy dad style, in a somewhat condescending/patronizing way… I go on the app and easy dad is available in my size with the same color. maybe this demeanor is a prerequisite to work at memorial mall bc many stores have employees with an unfounded attitude. The girl wearing red with her hair up on Sunday, August 16 was one of the rudest employees I have encountered. Me and my family were minding our own business when she would make rude remarks and scoffing “excuse me” underneath her breath. If you hate your job so much you could just quit you know…

Every time I go into Levi’s Memorial City mall location the customer service is horrible. The staff always act like they don’t want to be there.
