Hello, I would like to file a complaint about your staff. Today I went to Memorium Mall. I was about to turn into the parking lot, but there was a woman who saw me signaling left and was waiting to park after me, but she tried to park herself and refused to back up to let me in. I parked there for a while, but she wouldn't move to let me in. Then a woman came to sort it out, but she was the one who told him to park there, not me. Therrion and Shequita were both very kind while I was there to complete my return. They processed my exchange quickly too and offered to hold an item for me at another location. The energy at this store is always warm and even though I live closer to another location I always come back to this one because the service is consistent. The employees seem happy to be there and happy to help out.
I went in to browse through the sale. I was able to pick out what I wanted; however, couple of items weren’t in my size. The sales associate helped me and ordered those online to be shipped to my home. He was very helpful in assisting me.
Cashier Ashley and Store Managers who’s name I didn’t get (lucky for the manager) - I hope you both see this review: Worst customer service I have EVER endured. So bad that I filed a formal complaint to Levi’s CORPORATE against the two store associates working today January 10th, 2026 at 1:30pm CST. One woman was the store manager and another associate. I had a good customer service experience. The two ladies working were very nice and attentive to my needs. I’m very short so it’s hard for me to buy jeans. I tried on a lot of different pairs of jeans to get just the right fit. I would have not done it without their help.
