Elle was extremely helpful finding exactly what I wanted and giving me advice about outfits, comfort, and material blend!
Amber was fantastic! After a long time of not knowing my size in jeans, she took one look at me and fit me perfectly. Her recommendation was spot on. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. Thanks to her, I finally found my size and a new pair of jeans.
We were immediately assisted and Brie helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I'm a more hefty set man so finding good sized pants is difficult, but Brie made me feel welcomed and not judged. I found exactly what I was looking for.
Customer service just doesn’t exist with this company. Won’t honor what they advertise. It’s a shame that they simply don’t care about their customers.
Ive been to this specific location 2 times and have gotten 10/10 service. Both times i was helped when i had no idea what i wanted i walked away with multiple items to add to my closet. So i was caught off guard when i went in today and saw an employee locking the door then as she sees me she quickly hides behind a rack of clothes not knowing that i could see her other coworker in the background folding jeans.
