I went to Levi's Outlets to get some Jeans...what a great buying experience. I had no knowledge of the so many types of Jeans they carry nowadays. Thankfully an employee named Kevin took the time to educate me on what is 501, 518 what is shaping straight, boot cut etc etc. He wasn't bothered at all to help me. Thank you again for making my shopping experience a good one! I will definitely go back soon for more Jeans!
Went to this store on a Monday at 7:15pm, they close at 8:00pm. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. I’m assuming they were irritated that we came in so close to closing time because we were not greeted upon entry, and there were 4 employees visible right when we walked in. I was looking for a specific Jean and showed the lady a picture of what I was looking for, she made no eye contact at all, and pointed to the corner of the store, and said “they are over there”. Horrible customer service.. I drove all the way out here from Brandon December 13th, 2025 the time was 220 in the afternoon. I walked into the store wasn't greeted while four workers stood around a table a joked about someone being Diddy'd. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went looking for a Jean jacket and wasn't asked once by anyone working in the store if they could help me with what I was looking for. Definitely wasn't worth my gas.
