Rude employees that refused to let us shop because they closed in 15 minutes
I travel a lot, and I’ve visited this store a couple of times. The customer service is awful. The manager an older Hispanic guy with a little kid’s mohawk is a joke. I’m sorry, but you work for this brand and act like that, sir! If not, get a different job. Higher management should take a look at this place and see how they operate. I traveled with a Japanese tourist, and they all left disappointed due to the poor customer service here and especially because of this kind of manager. I went to Levi's Outlets to get some Jeans...what a great buying experience. I had no knowledge of the so many types of Jeans they carry nowadays. Thankfully an employee named Kevin took the time to educate me on what is 501, 518 what is shaping straight, boot cut etc etc. He wasn't bothered at all to help me. Thank you again for making my shopping experience a good one! I will definitely go back soon for more Jeans!
