Awesome service from Marissa. She knows the stock and was able find two pairs of jeans in record time....we did not realize the store was closing in 5 mins. We were out in 15 mins.
the staff are so amazing and super duper friendly, marrisa was very helpful in helping me find what i want. i 100% recommend coming here because they always have amazing deals. hands down the best levi’s i’ve been to.
I purchased a Levi’s 511 (34/32) jeans from Tsawwassen Mills and later noticed a manufacturing defect—one pant leg is shorter than the other. I drove approximately 25 km from Surrey to exchange the item, only to be told that no replacement stock was available. While I understand stock shortages can happen, I was disappointed that no alternative solution was offered, especially considering the time and travel involved. Better quality control and customer service support would have made this experience much better.
I had a fantastic experience at the Levi’s store thanks to Miss Mani ! She is very nice and helpful 🤟🤟
